Too old to sing? Never!
Have you always wished you could sing better but now believe that you're too old to learn to sing? You can never be too old to sing! Singing is fun at any age, young or old.
Kids as young as 8 or 9 can be taught the to sing beautifully. Of course adjustments will need to be made to avoid straining the voice during puberty. Any qualified singing coach will be able to give advice in this regard.
But even if you didn't start singing at a young age, don't let that discourage you from starting now. It's really never too late and some people have even claim that their voice has improved with age. But even if this is not the case for you, don't be put off. There is no getting around the many physical changes that we experience as we age. It's clear that our muscles will lose both flexibility and strength. This being said, all to often we make "age" the excuse for not following our dreams.
Don't forget that it's not just older people, but even kids can have vocal or physical complaints.
My point is this: granted there will be things that you will never be able to do as well as you might have when you were young, but you are never to old to experience new things and to have fun. It is never too late to do activities that inspire us and make us energetic and vibrant. It is never too late to learn and develop. The Per Bristow Method is a singing training technique that can be learned, mastered and enjoyed by singers of all ages.
Although many professional and semi-professionals use the Bristow Voice Method, there are just as many beginners who use the program. It's all about taking you from where you are now to where you want to go and developing awareness. So your age is irrelevant. {At the end of the day, old or young really is just a state of mind.} Singing is one of those activities that has no age limit, unless we are judging the way we sound towards some limiting ideal. Stop holding yourself back and start singing for the joy of it today!

I think it is the Islamic one. The Greeks discovered many things, but the Islamic Goldenage took that knowledge to another level. Also they came up with many things themselves. They had the largest empire in the world at that time, so they could bring in thinkers from many different places with talents, while the Greeks only published their own works, opposed by their governments even sometimes.
They were responsible for bringing paper to the Western countries, in addition to making the scientific process. They also were first to see the harm of pollution. Even the Guinness book says that they were the first university to give degrees to students and had many inventions.
Averroes was even allowed to criticize the religion and live, unlike poor Socrates!
