5 Great Submission Moves That Aren't Used Enough in MMA
Submissions are essential if you would like to be considered to be a top mixed martial arts fighter, even more so if you want to be a talented tutor. Whether or not you are talented in Jiu Jitsu or not, there are several great submission moves you can learn in only 1 afternoon to step up your game plan. The following are just some of the hundreds of submissions you can make use of to improve your fight game:
Anaconda Choke - Using this technique while in the gator roll form is pretty effective. From the sprawling positioning, you move towards a basic headlock. Place your arm under the neck and the individual's arm, lock in place with your opposing arm. Then drop your right shoulder and roll over.
Omoplata - When in guard take a leg under the fighter's armpit and start to turn into that leg, which will permit you to catch their arm without trouble. Use force on the arm and pull it away from the back, harming the shoulder of the opponent.
Heel Hook - Wrap both legs round the fighter and grasp onto the foot at the same time. Hold the foot into the armpit area, and begin to turn it which will in turn change the motion from a normal ankle lock to a heel hook.
Key Lock - Side mounting your opponent is a total must for this move. Once you get that mount, and get a hold of the wrist with the hand that is farthest away from your body. With the hand that is nearest to your body reach under your arm and attach it to your own forearm area. Thrust their elbow up to finish the submission.
Neck Crank - Once you have achieved a side or full mount you can then change the position of your opponent's head with your arms. Essentially you would then be 'cranking ' the neck, and in most situations ending the fight comparatively quickly.
In the amount of time it would probably take you to shop for fight gear you might probably these submission moves to add to your arsanal which will help improve your possibilities on tapping out more competitors.

GREAT flute cases anyone? HELP!!!?
Can anyone tell me where I can get a good quality flute case for under $30? I found some gator cases but their like 60 dollars and don't even have a strap. I don't need a piccolo pocket. But I want a strap...
links please?
$30 probably won't get you a "great" flute case, sorry to say. Check out fluteworld.com. They have tons of cases and accessories (although I'm not sure you will find one for $30).
